Sautéed Garlic Green Beans

These Sautéed Garlic Green Beans are a simple, flavorful side dish that has become a favorite at many family gatherings, especially around dinnertime. Created by Roger himself, this recipe brings together fresh green beans, garlic, onions, and savory seasonings for a comforting addition to any meal.

Ingredients
Green beans (fresh or canned)
Red onions
2 cloves fresh garlic
Olive oil
Butter
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Rinse the green beans and set aside.
Chop the garlic cloves into fine pieces.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a sauté pan.
Dice 1/4 cup of red onions, or more according to your taste.
Cooking Instructions
Heat the pan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
Add the green beans.
Add 1/2 stick of butter.
Add pepper.
Add Italian seasoning and a dash of salt.
Sauté the green beans until tender.
