Corn Casserole

This dish became a staple in our household for holiday gatherings. Its buttery and irresistible, even the next day for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole corn

  • 1 can cream corn

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

  • 8 once sour cream

  • 1 stick margarine

  • 3 eggs

How To Make

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together well.

  2. Butter dish or use non stick spray. Pour in mixture.

  3. Bake in a 9x13 baking dish for 1 hour and until golden brown.
