Easy Meatloaf

This meatloaf always brings me back to a visit with my sister (Marsha Jo Coles-Hairston) after we returned from Yokota, Japan. She made it for me then, and it’s been a comforting family favorite ever since.
Yield: 8 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 envelope Chef’s Cupboard Onion Soup Mix
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup ketchup
How To Make
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Shape mixture into a loaf.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until fully cooked through.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
