  • We’re reaching out today to share important details about registration and payment for the reunion. All families must submit their registration fees if you plan to attend. Your registration helps us cover meals, activities, keepsakes, and more to make this gathering truly special. We kindly ask that you submit your payment according to the schedule below so we can plan ahead and ensure everything is ready for our time together in Savannah. 

     Registration Rates:

    • Teens/Adults (13+): $180 per adult

    • Youth (8–12): $120 per youth

    • Children (6–8): $75 per child (includes tote & activities)

    • Toddlers (0–5): FREE

    Payment Instructions

    Please total the rate for your family and submit your payment using one of the methods below. Make sure to coordinate with family members to avoid double payment.

     Your Registration Includes:

    • Three delicious reunion meals featuring farm-to-fabulous cuisine by award-winning chefs. We’ve got everyone covered with dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

      • Friday: Welcome Meet & Greet Reception

      • Saturday: Family Tribute Banquet

      • Sunday: Prayer Breakfast

    • Commemorative Reunion Tote filled with goodies & snacks

    • Fun activities for all ages

  • We’re excited to share that our group room block is now open for reservations!

    • Standard Double Queen Room (sleeps 4): $189 per night

      • Plus city tax and fees per day

      • Plus secured valet parking per day

    • Queen Suites (limited availability, sleeps up to 6): $289 per night

    • Plus city tax and fees per day

    • Plus secured valet parking per day

    The destination fee will appear when booking but will be waived upon check-in.
