Nona’s Pie Crust

Everyone knows a great pie starts with a great crust. This simple homemade recipe has been a family favorite for years and creates a flaky, comforting crust perfect for both sweet and savory pies.
Dietary Notes: Can be made vegetarian by using mushroom or celery soup and omitting seafood.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (enough to moisten dough)
How To Make
Mold with your hands to form ball and form into pie pan.
Makes two pie crusts.
Can be frozen and when it thaws and reaches room temperature form into pie plate.
